As a private lender Partner, you lend us your money which we use to fund real estate investment projects. We use our expertise to find excellent deals, execute the project, and all the while provide you passive income and excellent returns. All of our deals ensure our Partner's loans are backed 100% by tangible securities as collateral.
For example, if you lend us $100,000, we use that purchase a distressed property at a discount, fix up the property to add major equity, and then refinance into a loan with a bank. For the duration of the project, you (our private lender Partner) would be receiving monthly interest payments. At the end of the project, you'd receive the entire principal amount back (your original $100,000 investment). If the project took 12 months to complete, you'd receive $1,250 dollars in passive income a month for 12 months, and the initial $100,000 investment back at the end of 12 months, for a total of $115,000 - That is more than double a good year in the stock market - all without lifting a finger!
