Returns:  Fixed Interest 10-15%, Paid Monthly

SYNDICATION

Own a Piece. Grow Together.

Co-invest alongside us in 6+ unit apartment buildings. You hold equity in the asset, share in monthly cash flow, and participate in the upside as we execute the value-add plan through rent growth, forced appreciation, and operational efficiency. Bigger assets, long-term wealth, fully passive.

Secured By Equity Ownership (LP Shares), Operating Agreement
